The survey was conducted from 16 / 3 to 15 / 4, at 116 companies operating in Vietnam in 2011. Specifically, for the rank of staff, with 54% of companies surveyed responded that the average percentage salary increase for this level is 11% -15% in 2011.
As for the professional ranks, this year 62% of companies have an average salary increase rate of 11% -15%.
It is worth noting that in 2011, many companies offer a higher level of wage adjustments for staff management (executive level).
Specifically, if in 2010 only 17.6% of companies surveyed were adjusted on 15% salary increase for executive level, in 2011 there up to 27% of companies respondents have adjusted over 15%.
